My Journey with Essential Oils
Seven years ago I was a single, full-time working mom with a five-year-old daughter and it seemed like every time I turned around, she was sick! Around the same time, the yoga studio I went to was offering a special event: Yoga & Intro to Essential Oils. After learning about everything essential oils had to offer, I signed up and started "oiling" right away. We began rubbing essential oils on the bottom of my daughter's feet every night to help support her immune system and I've never looked back! Over the years we've used oils for almost everything, and you can bet this weary mom and her teenager need them now more than ever!
