“Normally, I'm not a big yoga fan and I'm more of a heavy lift, sweat-crazy gym girl, but was told I need to do more stretching, especially in my hip. I enjoy taking Heather's class. I like the way she opens class and how she usually ends with a poem or a snippet from a book. Her tone is very relaxing. I would highly recommend her class for all levels. She gives many different options for students who are at different levels. It's a great class for everyone! I now enjoy yoga."

Yoga class gives me something to look forward to every Wednesday morning. Heather is a wonderful teacher and I have developed some great skills over the past few weeks, such as breathing techniques, proper stretching exercises and proper posture. I am stronger and more flexible. I was a bit scared at first because I hadn't done much yoga before, but now I love yoga and I'm never stopping - ever!”
